As a visionary and tenacious leader, he always aimed high to achieve the best results for everyone who sought his care. His dedication to the practice, his profession and his patients was unwavering and he consistently went above and beyond to make a difference.
Dr. Chad Hazouri graduated from the University of Sydney and founded Dental and Facial Clinic in 1990. He was passionate about providing state of the art care for his patients, focusing on cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery, orthodontics and facial aesthetics.
