About Dr. Chad Hazouri - A Legacy of Excellence
Dr. Hazouri graduated from the University of Sydney and established the Dental and Facial Clinic in 1990. Over three decades, he built the practice into a premier destination for advanced dental and aesthetic care in Sydney. His expertise spanned cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery, orthodontics, and facial rejuvenation. In 2012, he completed a Master of Oral Implantology at Frankfurt University in Germany, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Dr. Hazouri was renowned for his precision, artistry, and unwavering commitment to excellence. He pioneered in-house solutions like the Precise Aligners orthodontic system and led a team that shared his vision for transformative, patient-centered care.
His passion wasn’t limited to dentistry. Dr. Hazouri also developed an innovative treatment known as Additive-Free Platelet Rich Plasma (AF-PRP) — a non-surgical, injectable procedure used to rejuvenate and restore the skin using the body’s own healing properties. This cutting-edge therapy continues to benefit our patients today and remains a hallmark of his dedication to comprehensive health and wellness.
Beyond his clinical skill, Dr. Hazouri was known for his warmth, humor, and magnetic personality. He had a gift for making patients feel at ease, often saying, “I’m not saving lives, but if I can make people smile and change lives, that’s what makes me happy.”
His sudden passing in February 2023, at just 55 years old, left the community in shock. Tributes poured in from friends, colleagues, and patients who remembered him as “larger than life with the smile and charisma to match” and “not only the best dentist ever but also a great mate.”
