What payment methods do you accept?
Our staff are experts in making excellent dental care affordable for almost every budget. We accept cash, money orders, bank cheques (sorry no personal cheques), Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Financial arrangements offering extended terms are also available at our offices through GE Money Australia. We currently provide 12 months interest free loans to assist you.
Will you file a claim with my Private Health Fund or is that my responsibility?
As a service to our patients, we handle the filing of claims to ALL Major Private Health Funds. All claims are processed at our surgery through HICAPS. HICAPS is an electronic, real time, claims and payment system, which offers members of participating health funds the convenience of electronic claims (health fund and Medicare Easyclaim) processing and payments at the point of service.
Please note that patients are still responsible for their Health Fund gap fee at the time of service unless financial arrangements have been previously made.
Are the staff bilingual?
Several staff members also speak Arabic and Italian
What age range of patients do you see?
We see both adults and children.
Where should I park? Will I need money to park?
There are plenty of free street parking available on Ryedale Road. In addition should you wish to use public transport, We are located across the street from West Ryde Train Station, and the West Ryde Bus Interchange is on the other side of the railway station (using the West Ryde Station concourse).
Do you do cosmetic dentistry?
Yes, Dr. Chad Hazouri has been involved in the treatment and research of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1990 and has extensive experience providing cosmetic dentistry procedures, ranging from teeth whitening to porcelain veneers, Crowns, Full mouth reconstructions and Implants.
